Mental health care for children and adolescents
& Parental counseling

Kina offers a safe place for children and adolescents who are going through challenging phases, or just need a boost of self-confidence. Kina provides psychological, social and emotional guidance, in a fun and accessible way; listens carefully and asks encouraging questions, helping to navigate through our demanding and fast changing world.

(Expat) parenting can be tough. Especially if your children display difficult behavior and strong emotions. Kina’s non-judgmental approach and practical tools empower you to deal with daily challenges in a positive, caring and effective way.

*EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and is a method used for the treatment of the consequences of experienced traumatic events. It is often used as a treatment method for post traumatic stress disorder, but it can be very useful for other disorders and problems as well.
